Music Maker Foundation is turning 30 – and you’re invited to the party! Join us in Durham and Fountain, NC from October 10-12, 2024 for three days of music, dancing, food, and fellowship as we celebrate 30 years of Music Maker.

We kick off big with a concert presented in partnership with Duke Arts. This concert opens with Music Maker next generation stars Faith & Harmony, Gail Ceasar, Lakota John Locklear, Martha Spencer and Dom Flemons! Taj Mahal, and Jackson Browne will close the evening with a tribute to the roots of American music.

Break out your dancing shoes at the historic Old Murphey School! From 6 PM until the music stops, we’ll catch up with old and new friends to the sounds of Kelley and the Cowboys and the Music Maker Blues Revue, featuring Albert White, Aretta Woodruff, and Jimbo Mathus and Leonard Lowdown Brown.

We look to the future of Music Maker with the dedication of Music Maker Studios in Fountain, NC. Join us for a field trip to Fountain to help us officially dedicate our new production studios, where Music Maker artists will have access to state-of-the-art recording and photography facilities.
After touring the new studios, we’ll gather at local gem R.A. Fountain General Store for dinner and one final concert before heading back to Durham.
Studio dedication, dinner, and concert included in your ticket price! Note that charter transportation to/from Fountain, NC is only available for VIP ticketholders.

- Round-trip charter transportation from Durham to Fountain on October 12

* Per Duke Arts’ ticketing policy, you must purchase your tickets for the October 10th concert directly from the Duke Arts website. Please purchase your VIP add-on package first to receive our exclusive registration link. Once you have received your registration link from Music Maker, proceed to Duke Arts and purchase tickets for the October 10th concert here. NOTE: Limited to 1 concert ticket per VIP package.

Tickets for the October 10 concert are on sale through Duke Arts. Floor seating is sold out, but a limited number of balcony seats are still available! To view available balcony seats on the seating map, select “Balcony” from the drop-down menu or click the down arrow on the map.
General admission tickets for the Music Maker Homecoming (Oct 11th) and Studio Dedication (Oct 12th) are SOLD OUT.
Please note that general admission tickets for the Studio Dedication (October 12th) do not include transportation to/from Fountain, NC.
Travel and Accommodations
If you are traveling by air, we recommend flying into the Raleigh-Durham International Airport (RDU).
